Wendy Rowley founded Rowley Financial in 2009 with a simple mission: to provide personalized financial guidance that helps individuals, families, and small business owners build confidence in their financial future. She believes that financial planning is about more than numbers—it's about helping people align their money with their goals, dreams, and purpose so they can live the life they envision.

Wendy began her career in retail banking before taking time away from the financial industry to raise her two children. In 1995, she returned to the profession with a renewed passion for helping others and earned her Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification.

With decades of experience, Wendy enjoys helping clients put the pieces of their financial puzzle together through thoughtful planning, trusted advice, and long-term relationships. Her goal is to simplify complex financial decisions and provide the guidance clients need through every stage of life.

A Lancaster County native, Wendy values spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. She is passionate about serving her community and supporting charitable organizations both locally and around the world. Wendy serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for A Week Away Foundation and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association,  and the Lancaster Estate Planning Council.
